We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our shoes are guaranteed 1-year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects which occur outside normal wear and tear. If purchased through our website directly, please submit a warranty claim with your order number and a photo of the defective pair.
If purchased through one of our retailers, please submit a warranty claim with your original proof of purchase and a photo of the defective pair. We need to be able to verify the amount, the date of purchase and the name of the retailer.
If your product qualifies under our warranty policy, a replacement in the same style, size and color is sent out or a gift card for the last posted price. If you would like a return for refund, please contact your retailer directly -- we support our retailers on all defects through our wholesale department.
If your purchase date is past the 1-year policy, we can't accept it under our warranty policy, no exceptions. We reserve the right to approve and deny all warranty claims.
We cannot honor returns on new or used second-hand purchases from private parties, second-hand stores or resale boards (such as Ebay, Facebook or other second-hand retailers).
