Here at Livie & Luca, orders are processed right away to ensure we get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has been placed, our warehouse starts the shipping process even if the order status is showing "unfulfilled."
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications (i.e. add or subtract any items from your order) or cancellations.
If you ordered the incorrect item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item through our Returns/Exchange Center if the item is eligible for return/exchange; please reference our Return/Exchange Policy.
