Please visit our self-service Returns/Exchanges Center to print your prepaid label to start your return. You will need your order number or the email used in the original order.
You'll then receive step-by-step instructions, a prepaid shipping label, and packaging slip via email. A refund back to your original form of payment will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received.
Quick tips to streamline your return:
1. Pack up the unworn shoes with the provided packing slip.
2. Write the return reason code on your packing slip ONLY if you received an incorrect order (REC) or if the item is damaged (DAM) so we can send a replacement order or issue a refund promptly.
3. Remove any previous mailing labels from the shipping box.
4. Take your package to any UPS location.
