Please visit our self-service Returns/Exchanges Center to print your prepaid label to start your return and/or exchange. You will need your order number and shipping zip code used on the original order. You'll then receive step-by-step instructions & a prepaid shipping label via email.
Requested An Exchange?
We will then ship out the exchange order once your returned merchandise is in transit. Please note the returned merchandise must be received within 30-days of that return authorization date.
Requested Store Credit or Refund?
A refund back to your original form of payment and/or store credit will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received. You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.
We will issue store credit for clothing items returned within 7 days from delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Item must be sent via a traceable method in original condition, unwashed and with original tags. Items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to the customer. For exchanges/store credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide details for the return. Once the item has been inspected you will receive a follow up email for the store credit.
