Please visit our self-service Returns/Exchanges Center to print your prepaid label to start your return and/or exchange. You will need your order number and shipping zip code used on the original order. You'll then receive step-by-step instructions & a prepaid shipping label via email.
Requested An Exchange?
We will then ship out the exchange order once your returned merchandise is in transit. Please note the returned merchandise must be shipped within 28-days of the return authorization date.
Requested Store Credit or Refund?
A refund back to your original form of payment and/or store credit will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received. You'll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.
*A $5.00 return service fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges. This fee will be automatically deducted from refunds. Exchange orders will be charged the $5.00 service fee at the time the exchange is set up. Customers who opt for Store Credit will have the $5.00 service fee waived.
